For buyers, you just need to pay for the product and shipping (if applicable). You do not have to pay card processing fees. 

For sellers, three pricing packages are available, with different monthly or product listing fees. To see the latest pricing, you need to be logged in, or contact us.

• On the Flame Angel homepage, click on signup.
• Enter your username, email and password
• An email will be sent to your account, with a link to activate your account
• Click on the link and your signup process is finalized

• Once you have signed up, you can login using your username and password
• On the Flame Angel homepage, click on login
• Enter your username and password

• Click on my account
• Click on the logout icon, on the bottom left of the screen

• On the Flame Angel homepage, click on login.
• Click on Forgot Password?
• Enter your username or email address and click on reset password
• A password reset link will be sent to your email address

• Once you are logged in, click on post an ad (top right of the screen)
• Select a pricing package and click on buy package
• Once a package is selected, click on post an ad
• Fill in the details in the listing form
• It is not necessary to fill in every detail. If some detail is not applicable, leave it blank
• Upload any documents or images
  
• Ad’s are published instantly.

• Once you are logged in, go the Flame Angel homepage, click on my account
• Click on the listings icon on the left hand side
• Click on the ad that you wish to edit
• Click on edit, which appears just right of the photo
• The ad submission form that you fill in will appear
• Make necessary changes and click on submit

Ads will remain active for 90 days. Four days before the expiration, you will receive an email, notifying you that you ad will no longer be active. You can renew it, so the ad will continue to be visible.

• Click on my account on the top right-hand side of the screen
• Click the business details icon on the left of the screen and upload logo, banner and business details

• Once you are logged in, click on post an ad
• Fill in the details in the listing form
• In the box ‘Select price types’, select auction.
• Enter the start price (minimum bid amount), starting and ending date. You can, if you want, also enter the ‘buy now price’ which is the price at which users can purchase the item immediately

– Buy locally made products. Many products are handmade from locally sourced organic ingredients

– Pay using debit/credit card and other payment methods

– Secure online payments. Flame Angel uses Stripe as the payment processor.

– For international shipping, get discounted rates and insurance is included

– Only pay for the cost of the item, and shipping if applicable. You don’t pay any extra fees

– Setting up, placing ads and uploading photos is quick and easy

– You will have your own online store on Flame Angel. It is free. The store will have details of your business and list of all your products. If you set up your own website to sell your products online, you have to pay for website design and maintenance, hosting and other costs.

– Your ads will be marketed in CNMI and internationally. You do not have to pay for marketing

– To promote your products, Flame Angel will offer incentives to customers, including discounts, vouchers and free giveaways. Incentives will be financed by Flame Angel

– Flame Angel is dedicated to the region. Only products from the region are listed on Flame Angel. Your products will not compete with products from the rest of the world

– Your customers can pay using debit/credit card and other payment methods. Offering more payment options is a convenience for customers

– Online payments are secure. Flame Angel uses Stripe as the payment processor.

– For international shipping, you get discounted rates and insurance is included.

– Shipping will be easy. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. No need to fill in forms

– For each item listed in your store, you can see analytics. This information will tell you which products are more appealing

– You can also auction products/services

Flame Angel uses Stripe for its payment system. Stripe handles payments for companies such as Lyft, Amazon, Slack, Glossier, Shopify, and Airbnb. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Flame Angel does not see, store or have access to your credit card data on our servers. The data is sent directly to Stripe. In case there is a breach of our servers it will not result in any stolen credit card data.
